Our philosophy is simple – when our clients are happy, we’re happy. In order to ensure that each client gets the experience they deserve, our policies are as follows:

Please arrive promptly for your appointment time. Life happens, so if you are running late for any reason, please text me or call to notify us. Many times we will still be able to service you even if you are unexpectedly late, but please note that during busy times, late arrivals of 15+ minutes may be subject to rescheduling. If we am running late, we will do our best to notify you if possible.

I serve a variety of refreshments, including coffee, tea, and wine/beer. You may feel free to bring your own refreshments with you to your appointment. (But you might have to share! )

We love kids. We have kids. And we know it’s hard to get away for “you time.” If you need to bring your little one with you to your service, please do so without hesitation if it works for you. We have done many a mommy-hairdo with baby in tow. Feel free to bring any entertainment, refreshment, or gear you need. Our private salon suite is spacious, low key, relatively quiet, and welcoming to tiny humans.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of the appointment. If the problem was on my end, we will gladly modify or make changes to your original look at no charge if notified within the 7 day period. If you simply decide you do not like the style, we will gladly make changes, but the changes will be subject to service pricing. We are always happy to discuss over the phone or email the changes you wish to have made before you come in for alterations to your style to ensure we are on the same page. Preserving our relationship with our clients is of utmost importance to us, so in most cases we will do what it takes to make you happy!
